Get an uncapped instant 5 mpd on Pelago bookings made via the Kris+ app till 30th June, plus up to 4 mpd when you pay with the right credit card.
Last month Pelago was offering 8 mpd on up to two experience bookings made directly via its website via a promo code, which equated to an attractive 12 mpd once credit card points earning using some popular bonus cards in Singapore was also accounted for.
While that deal has ended, this month’s Kris+ offer is slightly less generous at 5 mpd, but still delivers up to 9 mpd in total when combined with credit card bonuses when booking Pelago experiences via the app.
Earn 5 mpd for Pelago bookings via Kris+
Pelago bookings made via the Kris+ app between 1st June 2025 and 30th June 2025 will earn a bonus rate of 5 mpd, instead of the year-round 3 mpd, and also Pelago’s own year-round 3 mpd earn rate for direct bookings via its website or mobile app.
In addition, as always, you can accrue up to 4 mpd when making payment using a bonus miles-earning credit card, subject to your monthly spend limits, for up to 9 mpd total earning.
An added advantage of Kris+ is immediate miles posting at the booking stage, compared to Pelago’s policy of crediting miles only after activity completion for website bookings.
How it works
You can now book any Pelago activity worldwide and pay using the Kris+ app. To search and book, you’ll need to have the latest version of the app installed (Apple | Google).
Simply click the new Pelago link at the top of the screen after you launch the app.
You will still need to log in to (or create) a Pelago account in order to make a booking.
Once you select your activity and proceed to pay, you’ll be redirected back to the Kris+ app to make payment.
As you can see, 5 mpd is being offered, before your credit card points come into play.
Activities and experiences available on Pelago include include theme park admission, food and drink tours, wellness treatments and museum tickets, with over 200,000 packages currently available ranging from a few dollars to several thousand dollars, including nearly 500 here in Singapore itself.
Kris+ offers instant miles earning
Remember also that with Kris+ the miles are awarded instantly, which is a great benefit compared to booking via the Pelago website.
For the latter, miles are only credited after your experience booking has happened – so Kris+ is great for a short-term top-up to secure a redemption, even when booking an activity many weeks or months into the future.
The earn rate will revert to 3 mpd
Pelago bookings made via the Kris+ app will revert to the regular year-round 3 mpd rate, the same as when booking via the Pelago website, from 1st July 2025.
That means June 2025 may be a good time to lock in experience bookings, even for future-dated activities, while this 5 mpd deal is on offer.
Which card to use
Pelago’s payment provider uses the following Merchant Category Code (MCC) when processing credit card payments:

Pelago bookings via Kris+ also qualify as online transactions, allowing you to earn up to an additional 4 mpd through your credit card rewards, for a total of 9 mpd during this promotion.

Don’t use your Citi Rewards card for Pelago bookings, since MCC 4722 falls under the travel category, specifically excluded from earning the 4 mpd rate for online spend with that card.
It will therefore only earn 0.4 mpd, so it’s probably much better in that case to use your best general spend card, assuming you don’t have one of the above options, or have already hit your monthly bonus cap with these other cards.
Do note that the HSBC Revolution card also no longer awards bonus points for MCC 4722 transactions, since 1st January 2024 – so avoid that one too.
Don’t forget – transfer straight to KrisFlyer miles
Once you’ve earned miles from a Pelago booking via the Kris+ app, or indeed have earned any miles from merchant payment via Kris, always remember to transfer them to KrisFlyer miles.
Why? Well KrisPay miles can only be transferred to your KrisFlyer account within 21 days of the transaction. To do so, simply tap on the “Transfer to KrisFlyer” button which will appear on the miles earned confirmation screen or transaction details screen.
You can do so later (within 21 days), but why wait?
Remember that KrisPay miles earned per transaction can only be transferred to your account in their entirety. If you earned 100 KrisPay miles from a single Kris+ transaction, for example, the full 100 KrisPay miles must be transferred to your KrisFlyer account. If you have already spent some of your KrisPay miles earned, a partial transfer option is not available.
We therefore recommend transferring to KrisFlyer immediately following any Kris+ earning transaction, in case you either forget or make a mistake later.
Between 1st June 2025 and 30th June 2025, you’ll net 5 mpd when locking in Pelago experience bookings anywhere in the world and making payment via the Kris+ app, using a Visa or Mastercard.
That means up to 9 mpd with many popular miles-earning cards on the market in Singapore when you spend within their monthly limits, but also crucially an uncapped 8 mpd with the KrisFlyer UOB credit card.
While this isn’t as generous as the initial Pelago x Kris+ 10 mpd launch offer (up to 14 mpd including credit card points), or last month’s 8 mpd direct booking deal (up to 12 mpd including credit card points), it still provides a solid boost over the usual 3 mpd earn rate.
Therefore if you spot something worthwhile on the Pelago platform, you should consider booking via Kris+ before the end of the month, to maximise your rewards.
