The Citi PremierMiles card is now offering up to 30,000 miles plus a S$100 Trip.com gift card for new-to-bank customers making S$800 spend.
Citi has enhanced its regular competitive bonus miles offer for the popular PremierMiles card, adding a S$100 Trip.com gift card to the deal for new-to-bank cardholders applying over the next two months, in addition to 30,000 bonus miles, when you spend S$800 in the first two months.
The excellent deal is already the equivalent of buying miles for just 0.65 cents each, a highly competitive rate, but with the S$100 vouchers now provided on top, it’s arguably even better.
Crucially too, Citi is still requiring only a relatively modest spend for the deal – your S$100 Trip.com gift card could be seen as a 12.5% cashback considering the S$800 minimum spend requirement.
Eligibility
To be eligible, you’ll have to be a new-to-bank customer who therefore isn’t currently a primary Citi credit card holder, or you must have cancelled your last card with the bank as primary cardholder more than 12 months prior to your application date.

Sign-up bonus: S$100 Trip.com gift card
While still being eligible for the regular PremierMiles 30,000 miles sign-up bonus, if you apply between 1st August 2025 and 30th September 2025 you will also be eligible to receive:
- A S$100 Trip.com Gift Card

Here’s how it works:
- Submit an application for a Citi PremierMiles card from 1st August 2025 to 30th September 2025 (with approval within 30 days from application date)
- Have your card account approved and successfully opened within 30 days from the date of application
- Pay the first year’s S$196.20 annual fee
- Spend at least S$800 in qualifying spend by the end of the second month following card approval. For example, if you’re approved on 10th August 2025, you will need to make S$800 in qualifying spend by 30th October 2025.
Payment of the S$196.20 annual fee is optional, even for this S$100 Trip.com gift card option.
Annual fee payment will simply determine whether you’ll then also be eligible for 8,000 bonus miles for your spend (annual fee waived) or 30,000 bonus miles for your spend (annual fee paid) – more on that later.
The S$100 Trip.com gift voucher will be awarded to you on the Citi Mobile app within four calendar months from the end of your qualifying spend period, provided your account remains in good standing.
You will need to link the voucher to your Trip.com account on the Trip.com app with the gift card number and PIN provided to utilise it.
The voucher must be redeemed and activated with the provided PIN in the Trip.com app within three months from the date that Citi uploads the gift card number and PIN on Citi Mobile app.
For example, if the gift card number and PIN are uploaded on 15th February 2026, the redemption period will be from 15th February 2026 to 31st May 2026.
More information, including the final expiry date of your voucher, will then be found on your Trip.com app upon linking.
Trip.com gift cards can be used to book flights, hotels, car rentals, tour packages, attractions, and other prepaid travel services on Trip.com. You can split the balance across multiple bookings, and combine with other payment methods if the voucher doesn’t cover the full cost.
Full terms and conditions for this gift voucher offer are available here.
Sign-up bonus: 30,000 miles bonus
The nice thing about the S$100 Trip.com gift voucher offer is that it is in addition to up to 30,000 bonus miles for new-to-bank applicants.
Here are the full details of the regular sign-up bonus options for the Citi PremierMiles card, now running for applications between now and 28th February 2026.

Provided you don’t currently hold a Citi credit card as the primary cardholder and haven’t held one in the 12 months before application, you’ll be eligible for a bonus of 20,000 miles, subject to having S$800 of spending to make from the approval date until the end of the second full calendar month, plus a further 10,000 miles for payment of the first year annual fee.
For example, if you are approved for the card on 17th August 2025, the qualifying spend period is from that date until 31st October 2025 (two full calendar months from 1st September 2025).
Remember this offer is subject to payment of the annual fee, which is S$196.20. Your card must be approved within 30 days of the application date.
10,000 bonus miles are credited immediately on payment of the annual fee, while the remaining 20,000 bonus miles are awarded within three months of the end of your qualifying spend period.
Pro Tip: Try to get approved towards the beginning of a month to give yourself almost three months to meet the spend threshold.
Here’s how the bank outlines the offer:

Remember you will also earn 10,000 miles for paying the first year annual fee and 960 miles for the S$800 spend itself, assuming eligible local transactions on your card, for a total earning of 30,960 miles, though the extra 960 miles aren’t part of the total bonus since you would receive them anyway without any offer running.
Cost per mile is the annual fee (S$196.20) divided by the bonus element (30,000 miles) = 0.65 cents each.

Fee waiver: 8,000 miles bonus
If you’re new to Citi credit cards but prefer not to pay the annual fee (first year fee waiver), and will also spend at least S$800 from card approval to the end of the second full calendar month following the month of card approval (as defined above), you will earn a lower 8,000 miles bonus.
This deal also combines with the S$100 Trip.com gift card outlined earlier – which is quite a compelling offer if you are not chasing too many additional cheap miles.

Including the 960 miles you’ll earn for the spend itself, under this offer you’re effectively earning 11.2 mpd for the first S$800 spend (8,960 total miles earned divided by S$800).
Personally we would go for the annual fee option above, rather than this one, to unlock the much more generous 30,000 bonus miles offer.
The terms and conditions for the 8,000 bonus miles offer can be found here.
Eligible spend
With these sign-up offers you’ll have to make sure your minimum spend (e.g. S$800 for the maximum bonus) falls under eligible categories, which Citi defines as:
Any retail transactions (including internet purchases) which do not arise from:
- Annual fees, interest charges, late payment charges, GST, cash advances, instalment / easy / extended / equal payment plans, preferred payment plans, balance transfers, cash advances, quasi-cash transactions, all fees charged by Citibank or third party, miscellaneous charges imposed by Citibank (unless otherwise stated in writing by Citibank);
- Funds transfers using the card as source of funds;
- Bill payments (including via Citibank Online or via any other channel or agent)

Citi PayAll transactions are counted towards the minimum spend, with regular offers to buy miles at competitive rates.
That could make a rental payment, income tax bill or insurance payment a perfect way to meet the S$800 minimum spend under this bonus miles earning offer.
Do note that the terms and conditions for the latest sign-up offer specifically exclude Citi PayAll transactions where you opt not to be charged the Citi PayAll service fee from the eligible spend category for the sign-up bonus.
Alternatively, you can even achieve the spend buying Cold Storage or NTUC vouchers for future shopping, if you don’t have any immediate expenses coming up.
Citi Miles are very flexible
One of the best things about Citi Miles (and Citi ThankYou points) in Singapore is the wide range of transfer partners compared with other bank loyalty points.
You can transfer your miles into 10 different frequent flyer programmes and into IHG points.

to FFP and hotel partners
As you can see from the table above, Citi gives you a wide range of flight redemption options including Oneworld and SkyTeam carriers.

It also gives examples of some of the alliance and partner airline redemptions you can achieve that you might not have considered before.
That’s not the only reason the Citi PremierMiles card keeps its place in our wallets though. Check out our recent full review outlining why it remains our favourite general spend credit card in Singapore, including recent PayAll deals and uncapped 4 mpd earn rate categories.

The competitive 30,000 miles sign-up bonus for Citi’s PremierMiles card now also comes with a S$100 Trip.com gift card, for those meeting a minimum spend of S$800 in the first two months, which should be easy to achieve.
To be eligible for this deal, new-to-bank applicants must apply between 1st August 2025 and 30th September 2025.
The 30,000 bonus miles are earned at an equivalent of 0.65 cents each, for those with S$800 spend to make in the first two months, while the gift card simply comes on top.
Even those opting to waive the card’s first year annual fee can net 8,000 bonus miles and the S$100 gift card under this deal.
Remember you might also qualify having cancelled your last Citi credit card more than 12 months ago (for example, if you cancelled in July 2024 or earlier, you’re now eligible again).
